Red Lion Hotel Billings, Billings

This hotel has some serious issues that impacted my stay. While the location is decent for accessing local attractions, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, especially with dirt and old items left behind. The service was lacking, particularly in resolving my complaints. Unfortunately, it felt like they were more focused on welcoming new guests than addressing the concerns of current ones.

My stay started off well with friendly staff, but soon took a turn due to various issues with maintenance and safety, which made my experience quite stressful. The hotel is struggling with repairs, and I found several problems during my stay that left me feeling uneasy. While the lounge and dining options were decent, my overall comfort and safety were compromised by the conditions I faced.
